Midvale is midway from everything in the Salt Lake Valley,
hence its name. Some of the houses in Midvale are quite
similar to those in Sugar House, probably because both
areas were built at about the same time. The house at

was built in 1921. It would not look out of place on lower
Kensington Avenue in Sugarhouse Utah. The big
