I I won't tell buyers that I can get them a house for less than it's worth through my
powers of negotiation. I will help you write an offer with strengths that translate into significant savings, but I can't make a
seller take less than he is willing to take. I won't roll out smoke and mirrors and the latest color do-dads to bedazzle sellers
at listing appointments, and I won't give a seller an unrealistic price just to get a listing. The things I do for buyers and sellers
are pretty basic, but they are very effective. That's why my listings sell, my deals hold together through closing, and I have so
many satisfied customers.

I was on the buyer and/or seller side of $7.3 million in Utah real estate transactions last year (2007), which
represents a lot of clients, a lot of negotiations, a lot of contracts and a lot of successful closings. I handled all these
transactions myself, from start to finish, which is a large part of why not a single one of my sales failed. There are a million
ways for a deal to fall apart after an offer is accepted if a real estate agent drops the ball.
My clients don't deal with "The Kirk Millson team," they deal with Kirk Millson. I don't have assistants, which
means I can't pass the buck to anyone. I'm the one who writes contracts and counter offers; I'm the one following up with
lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors and workmen to make sure the transaction makes it to closing; I'm the
person on the other end of the line when my clients have a question. When you hire me, you get me.
I do my best to keep my real estate clients happy, and I have done very well on that front. Three
