I My cellphone is always with me, and if I don't pick up immediately I will return calls within the hour. I
once got a call at 10 p.m. on a Friday night to see one of my houses for sale in Salt Lake City. It was the only call I had had on
the home in three weeks. The caller was a real estate agent who was showing homes to a cash investor when they saw my
sign. The deal closed two weeks later. Agents don't show homes to buyers if the selling agent doesn't call them back.
